nested drag groups don't work

Hi! Nested drag groups do not work. An example of reproducing an error - https://codesandbox.io/p/sandbox/dark-meadow-ywn2fg?file=%2Findex.html.

If there is at least one item in the nested group, everything works well, as soon as all the items are dragged to the parent, then it is no longer possible to fill the inner group.

I'll take a look into this. Nested drag groups is definitely something we want to have implemented.
