Post layout issues on mobile devices

Lately I've noticed that when browsing posts on small-screen mobile devices (e.g. iPhone SE Gen1), the post page layout doesn't seem quite right.

Here are some comparisons to the Gatsby version:

Title's layout is weird:

Contents are a little bit narrow:

And some titles with long words would cause pages slide horizontally:

I would like to add to the issue that images are not responsive on mobile.

The image is wider than the screen.
