We keep track of the peers that have announced that they have stored a package on IPFS in the repub:${manager}:${name}:${version}:${peerid} key, would be great to see a summary of the counts of peers across versions, pkgs and managers.

A cli command that outputs a summary would be sweet, those counts could be written back into leveldb so we can easily show them in the webUI.

We could also make a separate website that shows a total count for all time, maybe live updating, but that should probably be a separate issue (or even another repo)
