Not all utf8 characters display good (utf32 get blank) #1565

Bug Report

UTF8 can be used to describe utf16,utf32.
And I check it is ok to display U+xxxx text, e.g. “我”(U+6211)

but it is weird to display U+xxxxx text, e.g. U+24256 https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+24256
Which show blank.

Description of the problem

I am testing with google font https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Chocolate+Classical+Sans
It includes lots font glyph definitions for U+xxxxx
