The example for multi-species analysis does not work:
After investigation, it seems like the Human genome input files coming from EBI cannot be parsed by Segemehl and subsequently the index file was not generated. Maybe the EBI format is somehow different.
Therefore, the solution is to download the input files from NCBI. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/genome/GCF_000001405.40/
