Describe the bug
I simply just can't find the recipe for many things, including the Computer block itself

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I Tried to find on the internet
I Tried to find on the mod's book
Even JEI can't find the recipe

Expected behavior
Is it meant to be creative only?

Versions (please complete the following information):

Minecraft: 1.18.2
Forge: 40.1.93
OC2: 0.1.8+3feb69b
