Launcher doesn't allow the addition of an Ely.By account no matter what i do

Description of bug

gives me Minecraft Java profile acquisition failed: Error transferring https://account.ely.by/api/authlib-injector/sessionserver/session/minecraft/profile/a7869ce1f52d4923948f8b3d52053022 - server replied: Service Unavailable that when i try to log in using my ely.by account, which doesn't make sense because all the data there is fine and works on multimc

Steps to reproduce

go to "Accounts"
click "manage accounts"
click "add authlinb-injector"
input correct data (using https://account.ely.by/api/authlib-injector for the url)

Suspected cause

i have absolutely no f*cking idea

This issue is unique
