PFD Heading/Track scale doesn't display true heading when in true mode

Describe the bug

When PFD and ND are in true north mode, the heading scales of the PFD still displays magnetic heading values despite displaying the TRUE flag. ND switches correctly.

Expected behavior

The heading/track scale on the PFD should display the true heading when TRUE north reference is selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Press TRUE/MAG pb on AFS CP to switch north reference to TRUE north. Observe the heading scale change on the ND but the PFD heading remains the same.
