I can take a look at this one after #9284 is merged. Its a one line fix but id like to reuse some of the code introduced in that PR and add some other fixes.

Hello, to add some content here, according my observation, it seems that the fuel&load page ETA is calculated using windows OS time zone. I live in China (UTC+8) and my F-PLN ETA was 13:15 and fuel page ETA was 21:15.
