remote MCDU not connecting on different computer

hello,

i'm trying to use this amazing ability to open the MCDU on a different screen, in my case is a laptop.
i did everything the guide says and tried to work with the troubleshooting and none is working.

a can open the screen from the tray icon or the link but that's on my main PC and i want it to be on my laptop.
and of course they both on the same network (PC with LAN cable and laptop with WIFI).

please help me :(
