Package Proposal: flutter_svg_plus

Dependency name (as used in pubspec.yaml): flutter_svg_plus
Current pub.dev link: [[pub.dev URL]](https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_svg_plus)
Current Git repository link: [git URL]
Description: Render SVGs
Current maintainer: [MAINTAINER NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND GITHUB USERNAME] Alexandru Mariuti, [email protected], nank1ro
Needs new maintainer after transfer: [NO/YES] YES
New maintainer (if applicable): [EMPTY/NOT FOUND/MAINTAINER NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND GITHUB USERNAME] EMPTY
Reason for transfer: [REASON WHY YOU WANT TO TRANSFER THE PACKAGE TO FLUTTER COMMUNITY] The original author of flutter_svg unfortunately passed away. I created a fork of flutter_svg called flutter_svg_plus to make it WASM compatible. It would be better if this package is maintained by the flutter community.
Comments: [ANY REMAINING THINGS YOU WANT TO TELL US] There are also other packages that need to be transferred like vector_graphics_plus, vector_graphics_compiler_plus and vector_graphics_codec (which I haven't forked yet)
