How to reproduce?

reproduce：

1. 长按输入框最后一个文本后面的空白处
2. 向左滑动选择文本后
3. 松开手指再精确滑动选择器下标的位置, 无法滑动，导致无法修改文本的选择范围
4. 如果一开始不是长按输入框最后一个文本后面的空白处，而是改为长按已输入文本, 重复2和3，选择器下标的位置可以滑动和修改文本范围是正常的
