O2.Platform.Scripts fail to install when Fiddler is active

The bad cert exception will make the first script to fail to run (related to #83 and #82)

At the moment the solution is to remove the proxy and delete the temp folder (usually at C:\Users\cruzd\AppData\Roaming\OWASP_O2_Platform_6.0\O2.Platform.Scripts )

We should also detect when the proxy is there and let the user know about the issue

We should also delete the folder created (with the empty .git project) since that will prevent the download
