(Delivery) Van (the Ford Transit/Merc Vito/etc types used by couriers and the like)
Minibus
Horse-drawn cart
Tractor
Taxi
Mobile home/RV
Cabrio
Oldtimer
Pure electric / hybrid
Police

And maybe, as they're likely to be pretty rare, either individually, or as something generic, not sure what, as I separate them out myself, and am still waiting got the last three. Possibly "Special" with an additional user-defined field.

Porsche
Ferrari
Lamborghini
Rolls-Royce
Bentley
Bugatti
Konigsegg
etc, you get the picture

Gender of driver is interesting to see the male/female ratio of hitchgivers.
