Allow user to define scopes when issuing a token in the admin

Currently, a token is requested with the default scopes (which ships with the OAuth Provider token class). However, one may need to request a token with other (optional) scopes.

My thought is to use a repeatable row; which the data may be stored as a default provider settings profile so subsequent admin requests will be the same.
