Integration with Vulkan Configurator layer settings?

Hi,

I don't know if you know Vulkan Configurator, but it's a tool to help Vulkan application developers to rely on they intuition to configure Vulkan Layers:

I thought it would be great if MangoHud would use this pipeline. I wrote a document to help doing this:

Also, I would be happy to add new features to better express your settings in Vulkan Configurator. I could already picture that a "font" setting type and a color setting type would be pretty handy for the users.
