[Feature] Show engine name even in hud_compact / horizontal modes. #1045

I'd want to view what engine is currently using in running game or program with MangoHud.
And customize in config like this:

### Display compact version of MangoHud
hud_compact

### Display MangoHud in a horizontal position
horizontal

### Display engine name instead of "FPS"
force_engine_name

Also make it compatible with "engine_short_names".
