Parent issue: #72

Implement a generator that creates .flex scenarios from the parsed OpenAPI document and generated test data.

Tasks:

Write a function to convert parsed data into .flex scenarios.
Ensure the scenarios cover all endpoints and test cases.
Test the generated scenarios with the Flexbench desktop-app or server-app.
