Fractional scaling causes windows borders to behave strangely when resized #33

If fractional scaling is enabled in Mutter's Wayland session with scale-monitor-framebuffer, windows behave unpredictably when resized at scales greater than 100%. They flicker between having correct borders, borders that are a pixel too large, or borders that have a pixel worth of space between them and the window.

Note that I'm using Firefox for these examples, but it occurs with all apps that are rounded by the extension.

I experience this as well. I adjust the border for qt apps, but there isn't an obvious solution for gtk.
