Description

Hello, it would seem some windows, notably windows decorated with libdecor and chromium's ozone-wayland windows have borders all messed up? I'm not sure what else to say.

Software version

  • mutter 46.3.1
  • gnome-shell 46.3.1
  • rounded-window-corners-reborn 2

Affected apps

  • libdecor decorated windows (Blender and flatrun)

update: in vesktop's case, it turns out that the border is indeed over there, it seems CSD border is broken for Electron 31.

note that in libdecor's case, window border does actually end in the visual border, I tested via dragging window to the top, gnome does not allow window border to go past the top panel when dragged via titlebar.

I had the same effect with MS Edge on Fedora Workstation 40, Even When Blacklisting Edge the effect remains.

For me, there isn't an issue with the blender border, but it doesn't seem to apply to blender under wayland at all.
