Extract `libpythonbundle.so` directly from APK #100

With the latest AGP extractNativeLibs is not working anymore. As a result, libpythonbundle.so is not unpacked to nativeLibraryDir directory.

Check if the bundle could be extracted directly from sourceDir.

Current workaround is to enable legacy packaging in application template.
