Unable to Scroll when I use Top in Stack

Question

If I remove (top=100 line), everything works well, but I need to used Stack. Using top=100, I can't Scroll and also lost Column full width.
Can someone tell me how I can use Scroll using Stack and Top attribute?

I found a solution using:
top=100, bottom=0, left=0, right=0
Is it the right way to do it ?
