feat: Replace `ethereum_consensus` types with `alloy`

Replace the ethereum_consensus types in mev_boost with alloy:

• Use alloy types for mev-boost client (feat: Use alloy types for mevboost client #15)
• Hash and sign BidTrace (blocked by [Feature] Add tree hash root for BidTrace alloy-rs/alloy#1024)
