Additions and Fixes

Five new extensions by @Justman10000 and fixes.

Minor Fixes

Fixed some minor things here and there and removed inconsistent genderization via '*' (e.g. Benutzer*innen).
That might be a contentious change, but it wasn't consistent across all extensions anyways so I decided to remove the couple strings where it was added. Feel free to yell at me about it!

Also fixed inclusion of README on the extension page in admin panel.

Flarum 1.2.0 + Lots of new extensions

Full support for Flarum 1.2.0, all it's bundled extensions and a huge amount of newly added third party extensions.
