Does this support multi-digit tuplet types, like 11, 13, 16, or 17? Is there a plan to support it?

perhaps something like e={13}e?

No, multi-digit tuplets are not supported.

I don't have the time to add new features to the font at the moment, though PRs are always welcome. :)
