Create the backend that allows for multiple users to own a list that they can all edit.

  • Create list object
  • Single user as an owner with separate maintainers (including temp users)
  • To-watch list transfers over when temp user transferred to permanent user
  • Contains list of any number of Titles
  • ability to add/remove titles by index or title, title index should shift when one is deleted
  • api feature to get lists
  • api feature to create/modify lists
