MQTT Connection to another broker

We are from GFT company and we have set it up the Fischertechnik Training Factory Industry 4.0.
We are trying to send the MQTT messages from this factory to our own MQTT broker, editing the file ft-txt-bridge-cloud.conf.

At this moment, our broker receive all the messages that comes from this factory, which is great, but we have two problems:

1 -We don’t know how to simulate the order to request a blue/white/red piece. This functionality is available in your fischertechnik cloud, but our purpose is to do it in our own solution. Do you know how to fix this issue? ☹

2 -We didn’t want to remove your cloud configuration from the ft-txt-bridge-cloud.conf, so we add our broker configuration at the top of this file, so right now this factory is sending all the messages to your cloud and our broker solution. But we are experiencing bad performance in fischertechnik-cloud.com. It’s strange that sending this data to both solutions impacts in your cloud. Do you know why could cause this behaviour?
