It would great welcome the Hacktoberfest 2023 community into repo? any plans on working on toward changes in repository to fit into Hacktoberfest criteria ?

We already have more traffic because of hacktoberfest. I see this as more of a learning space during hacktoberfest. As most of the PRs here are in Contributors.md, I think it's not wise to add hacktoberfest topic here

Oh, I see. My apologies. I actually agree with you on the mindset of open-source and learning. Even though this is my initial repository, I am starting my journey in open source too.
