These are just a few small updates that I realised hadn't been merged into master from Archer2.
Some are just practical tweaks (e.g. fixing quadrature degrees instead of allowing very high (21??) degrees by UFL.
Others are necessary to run the scripts from Archer2 without error, e.g. adding the
total_iterationsargument to theSolverTimer.
