Most operating systems define a default location for user templates

  • Many Linux distributions use ~/Templates
  • Mac OS has /Library/User Template
  • Windows has %Userprofile%\Templates

.ipynb-files located in these directories should be included by default.

@timkpaine I added a merge request: #213.

However, I don't think I'll sign this CLA - not sure why you need my full address and copy of my signature for a simple contribution. Feel free to just copy paste the code.
