Add order reviews

Add the ability to create reviews on users or completed orders.

Implementation

• Rename "Hide" button to "Not interested" on another's orders.
• Don't show links to the authors of orders in order book.
• When user asks for a full order from order book, bot remembers that and notifies about the last asked order 3 days later, asking if the trade was completed.
• When user presses "Not interested" button, bot forgets that users asked for this order.
• After the user confirms that the trade was completed, he can review the order.
• If both users confirm that the trade was completed, their reviews count as more valuable.
