no border in first row when making first row fix in fin grid and not able to remove index for header column

Hello Team,

I have requirement where in i need to fix the header row and do not show the index for that row. I have done that thing, but it comes with bugs. first row after the fix row comes without border and even thought i changed the index starting from 1 to 0 but i am not able to 0 or i mean to say hide zero.
