Discover portal not available on IPFS

When you navigate to https://fileverse.io/portal with IPFS Companion and IPFS Desktop installed, you are redirected to http://localhost:8080/ipns/fileverse.io/portal which then redirects to http://fileverse.io.ipns.localhost:8080/portal. This is all fine and working as intended, but unfortunately it appears that fileverse.io isn't actually published properly on IPNS as this page just results in the following page being displayed:

Sure enough, if you look up the IPFS hash QmPK5Trg1meCwbBd2xfcK2zvh2nTxm6ASUtHwLJGYSPpKt you will find that it is a folder that has no portal document or folder inside it.
