Feature: Edit the music section of audio files when they are empty

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Currently if an audio file does not have anything filled in for the Music section, the section itself does not appear. Once the audio file has something in the section filled in the (e.g. Contributing Artist or Album Title), the section does appear and is editable. This request is to be able to edit the music section while it is empty.
