1. What is your project and what problem does it solve? (max 100 words)
First ever NFT project deployed on FEVM mainnet. Just minutes after FEVM went online, FilPunks were deployed to celebrate Pi day with the community so that people could interact and have fun with FEVM right away. Riding the excitement of FEVM launch, Filpunks had garnered couple hundred real FEVM users to mint and exchange NFTs on FEVM! Filpuks has been showcased in multiple explorers here, here & here and contract is open sourced here.
This project proposes to...
Build a series of technical content based on a live FEVM Dapp, ie Filpunks, to help builders to bootstrap an NFT project on Filecoin with detailed instructions down to each line of code
Promotes Web3 spirits of open source and transparency
Help new builders to quickly deploy an NFT app on FEVM to foster an environment of development and collaboration
Filpunks uses FEVM to deploy an ERC721a NFT project to promote Filecoin L2 adoption. It uses nft.storage and IPFS for packaging and storing project data along with an interactive Web UI for users to interact with the contract. This project will dig deep into each aspects of Filpunks project and build a series of technical content to help builders to bootstrap an NFT project on Filecoin.
