Project Summary

The DeHealth project aims to revolutionize health data management by leveraging blockchain-powered decentralized storage and privacy-preserving retrieval mechanisms. Current healthcare data systems rely on centralized storage solutions, leading to security risks, compliance challenges, and inefficiencies in data sharing.

DeHealth integrates Filecoin/IPFS storage, smart contracts, and privacy-enhancing cryptography (Zero-Knowledge Proofs) to empower users with control over their medical data. Healthcare providers, insurers, and researchers can securely access patient records only with user consent, ensuring HIPAA & GDPR compliance while maintaining full transparency and security.
