Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Running the integration tests with hardware wallet is a requirement but it depends on the possibility to run hw emulator on it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Just run the hardware wallet tests in travis.

Preliminary ideas to get this done.
Just add make test-hw in the stage related to windows platform, like this.
