Motivation
MLPro 2.2 extends the signature of the AnomalyDetector._raise_anomaly_event() method by the new parameter p_inst enabling taking over the time stamp of the triggering instance to the new anomaly.

Benefit
Precise time stamp for anomalies.

Are the proposed changes backward compatible?
