I would extend this issue and also add a generic user project managment.

And than we are prepared to handle the case that someone has to buy a bioinformatics package first to use the b-fabric apps.

One more. I need to get the username and put it somewhere in the report - for bookeeping. Would be great still have the info who had run it. For statistics X internal X external user.
