Wellness Notifications

The goal of this plugin is send helpful reminders about small steps users can take to improve their health without any XP waste!

What it Does

  • Posture check to notifiy users to be mindful of their posture.
  • Notifies users to be mindful of the very simple 20 | 20 | 20 rule to prevent digitial Eye Strain. More Info Here
