将 weekly 从正常的文章流中剥离 #35

翻页的时候，weekly 太多，干扰了正常文章的访问，见：

把它们从分页时使用的文章流中过滤掉吧，FEX 的原创文章质量很高，挺有参考意义的，比如聊聊移动端跨平台开发的各种技术，让它们更多的展示出来更有价值。

期待和贴吧前端一起，将一些优秀的 Web、Native 开发经验分享出来。

@zhangtao07 抽空搞一下吧
