Add in-editor comments

Comment-objects can now be placed and viewed in the 3den editor.
This could partially replace or just exist in addition to the F3 documentation.
I think the best option would be to pick one ORBAT and place a bunch of helpful comments illustrating it's features.

This looks interesting - but not necessarily a viable replacement for the docu. Let's look at this post v3-4-0.
