Support other Email Services by leveraging config.js Host #47

Support additional email services by allowing users to setup Host and Port via app settings instead of requiring one of the 3 services. I use SparkPost as my mailer and would like to set it up like so: https://vinaygopinath.me/tech/2016/06/14/sending-emails-from-ghost-with-nodemailer-and-sparkpost/
