I noticed some differences during gameplay on the emulator and I'm not sure which are actual differences in the original releases for the Amiga and MSDOS, or if any of these are bugs in the VM re-implementation:
Amiga version: Any 4-code sequence passes sucessfully the codewheel screen.
Amiga version: Can't skip any of the animation sequences by pressing the action button.
Amiga version: Displays "IBM PC VERSION" at the intro text (this is clearly a BAD_DUMP issue with the text strings ROM)
Amiga version: Lester leaves pixel-dirt (foot-steps perhaps?) in the ground as he walks in the first game level. Not sure if that's an intentional effect.
Amiga version: There's a tiny creature crawling on the ground of the first level. Can't do anything good or bad, apparently.
Amiga version: Jumping while running behaves slightly differently in terms of right/left/up arrow key presses.
Amiga version: Placement of (toxic?) gas-jets is different.
Amiga version: Gas-jets don't kill Lester.
Amiga version: There's a guard missing on the lowest elevator level.
