Add Image Upload in the Database

I created the Image_Upload branch and added the image upload code successfully working there(In taxon,specie,taxon type and taxonomists files).The remaning work is to read the file from the database and show to the user.

Note: to work you must add the image_content column in the tables and the "file" function in the fields library.

Note2: I used the longglob type for storing in the database because it´s more suitable type for this than the base64 codification.
