5.4: Small typo in sentence in first paragraph

I believe there is a small typo in the second sentence of the first paragraph

[...], but this also happens even in Nginx-based environments where operations wants to do things in a particular way.

Possible Solutions

wants --> want

"where operations want to do things"

I noticed this but wondered if the error was in not capitalizing "Operations" as an IT group or team of people.
