Your Downloads tray (window/drawer) not collapsing when changing pages. #2554

Where was the issue found:

Committee ID: C00100495; Environment: STAGE

Issue Reported:

When selecting the Download as .FEC from the Actions dropdown the Your Downloads tray (window) is displayed. When changing pages the Your Downloads tray (window) does not collapse. The Download tray (window) should display when selecting on the Manage reports page.

Approximate time the issue was found: 10:00 am 02/21/2025

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. From the Manage Reports Page select Download as .FEC from Actions dropdown list.

  1. Your Downloads window is displayed.

  1. Select Contacts page, the Your Downloads tray (window) should collapse but stays open. (This is the bug) Note: The Your Downloads does not collapse with other pages just not Contacts page.

Mitchell Jarrett Todd Lees Sasha Dresden Bug found during testing in Sprint 56. Pointed 3 points and assigned to Sprint 57 and assigned to Sasha for fix per conversation.

Shelly Wise commented: QA review verified Bug fix passes.

From the Manage Reports Page select Download as .FEC from Actions dropdown list. Verify your downloads window (tray) is displayed.

Select Contacts, the Manage contacts page is displayed, and the downloads window (tray) is NOT displayed. (Verified other pages that the downloads window (tray) is not displaying)

Select Reports, the Manage reports page is displayed, The downloads window (tray) is still displayed and open.

Once downloads are completed select the X icon for each download to close the downloads window (tray).
