Support for adding time stamps to directly included .css/.js files #4

It should be possible to include timestamps for .css / .js files which are not merged.

Is it already possible?

Am I overseeing something? If not, I think I can make a pull request.

I'm a plus 1 and subscribing to this

for sure merging files gives best performance but there are scenarios where this doesnt completely work and i'd like to at least still have this functionality while debugging JS errors in an unmerged state

I've created a small extension that does this for JS files; https://github.com/elgentos/ExtendedAoeJsCssTstamp

(since I see this extension isn't updated any more and PR's are not merged)
