I see that there are tools to go in the opposing direction here.

I could be convinced to contribute this if there is stakeholder buy-in and someone in the know to ask advice on code organization etc.

Hi @csbrown, this is definitely of interest to us. I would envision this as a separate script to transform a COCO dataset (or perhaps in the future, Pascal VOC or iFDO to the required CSV format.

I'll draft a contribution guide for this repo in case you're interested in working on this. And of course, I'm happy to chat on code organization etc. as needed!

This has some basic info on getting a development environment set up. Feel free to open a PR into the develop branch and I will review.
