Some ideas:

• Create a flow for FathomNet Model Zoo submissions via GitHub or Hugging Face, akin to https://socialimpact.github.com/insights/Skills-Based-Volunteering-case-study-with-Ersilia/; for Portal integration, this project could define the process for contributing models to the community in a standardized fashion so they can be readily implemented within the Portal.
• Set up a system for model testing via GitHub Actions for submissions to the annual FathomNet Kaggle competition.
• Invite and promote open-source code contributions for repositories in the FathomNet GitHub organization.
• Align project management & task tracking within GitHub Projects.
